- We will start by preparing the caramelized onion in a separate pan. We just have to cut a sweet onion into julienne strips and fry it over low heat in a pan with plenty of oil. Sugar is optional although, logically, it will give us a sweeter flavor.
- While the onion is cooking, we proceed to cut the apple and wagyu blood sausage into small pieces so that it can cook well.
