Ingredients:
- 20 ml of oil
- 1 onion
- 2 strips of bacon
- 1 Wagyu burger
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation of the recipe:
STEP 1
Add the oil to a frying pan and cook the onion over very low heat and caramelize it.
STEP 2
We grease a grill with minimal oil and start toasting the brioche. On that same grill the bacon is cooked without any oil.
STEP 3
We add the wagyu burgers to the frying pan without oil and season with salt and pepper to taste. Heat the cheedar cheese on top of the burger for 1 minute. Finally, put all the ingredients on the brioche.
