Bank transfer
If the money has been received, we will confirm your order.
The purchase will not become effective until the payment is verified in our financial institution.
This process takes up to 7 working days.International transfers are only accepted if you agree to pay the additional costs.
Credit Card
Online payments with Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard or Eurocard are just as secure as payments made in conventional shops.
After making a purchase, we will send you a receipt by email. This allows you to check that your payment has been made correctly and that your card has been charged for the correct amount. Please keep a copy of the receipt.
All transactions will be processed instantly, and your card will be charged for the full amount of the order, regardless of whether the items are available for immediate dispatch or not.
Bizum
The most widespread mobile payment format.
After making a purchase, you are sent directly to the payment platform, which will send you a verification code to your mobile phone to ensure that the order is yours.
Once verified, the platform charges the order to your current account associated with the Bizum platform.
All transactions will be processed instantly, and your account will be debited for the full amount of the order, regardless of whether the items are available for immediate shipment or not.
Contrarrembolso
If you prefer to pay in cash this is your option.
Cash on delivery carries a surcharge of 4.5€ for orders under 100€ - A 4.5% surcharge on the order price is due for orders over 100€.
