Cured Wagyu Chorizo

After a select selection of lean and fresh peppers, in Santa Rosalía we prepare Wagyu chorizo, a sausage that will not leave you indifferent after its delight.

PRESENTATION: It is presented in a vacuum-packaged format, with an approximate weight of about 250g .

PREPARATION: It is recommended to open 30 minutes before consuming, cut it into thin slices and place it on a warm plate so that it melts slightly and enjoy its intense flavor.
