At Finca Santa Rosalía we make our Wagyu blood sausage in a special way and with 100% natural products. What makes us unique and different is that to make this blood sausage we use Wagyu blood and fat, along with rice, onion and spices; all products from our farm. A method that you are not used to seeing in this product, but that will leave you speechless.

At Finca Santa Rosalía we like Wagyu blood sausage, because it is a healthy product that is 100% self-made. Its conditioning is carried out with all products from the farm. And as an added bonus, it does not contain gluten. So it is suitable for the vast majority of diners.
The presentation of the product comes in a pack of two vacuum-packed, weighing approximately 250 g each. Thanks to this type of packaging, they can last up to 90 days. An important detail is that for their endurance they are in a cold and dry place.
You can include it in a multitude of dishes such as: salads, scrambled eggs, canapes, omelettes, among others; or just eat alone. To cook it is very simple, you make it slices and together with a little olive oil, you can put it in a frying pan, on the grill or on the grill.
