At Finca Santa Rosalía we like the Wagyu Steak Tartar because it is a delight. It comes with a small sachet of sauce to season the meat, which has been prepared with: olive oil, mustard sauce, lime juice, soy sauce, chives, black pepper and a mixture of spices. It is delicious! Because it is perfectly designed to be the ideal dressing for Wagyu Steak Tartare.
Its preparation is very simple, simply follow the instructions on the packaging. The secret to making it come out well is to make everything in very fine and small pieces, and if you want to give it a spicy touch, add a couple of drops of Tabasco. You will get a very picaresque and unique dish.
Another option is to shape it to your liking and grill it over and over, with a couple of drops of oil, until golden brown on both sides.
