Sweet white wine made only with organically farmed grapes from our vineyards at Finca Santa Rosalía .

Harvest : Manually carried out in small volume boxes at the optimal moment of maturation.

Preparation : We collect the best grapes on selection tables, we macerate cold, once its fermentation is complete we age the wine on fine lees for two months, providing volume on the palate.

Presentation: 75 cl bottle

Recommendations: The recommended consumption temperature is between 6 and 9 ºC.
