VINEYARD: Finca Santa Rosalía .

Varieties : 60% Verdejo – 40% Viura. Organic grapes from our vineyards at Finca Santa Rosalía .

Harvest : Manually carried out in small volume boxes at the optimal moment of maturation.

Preparation : We collect the best grapes on selection tables, cold macerate, alcoholic fermentation in French oak barrels, Aging for 2 years in barrels.

Tasting analysis : Golden Yellow in color with golden reflections and a medium-high layer. Aromatically tropical intensity, roasted citrus. Elegant in the mouth with complex citrus, fruit and wood notes. Unctuous and elegant.

CONSUMPTION TEMPERATURE: between 7º and 9ºC.

DECANTATION: Bright wine without precipitates.
