Garmendia Gran Reserva. Reserve red wine made only with organically farmed grapes from our vineyards at Finca Santa Rosalía .

Varieties : 100% Tempranillo. Organic grapes from our oldest vineyards at Finca Santa Rosalía .

Harvest : Manually carried out in small volume boxes at the optimal moment of maturation.

Preparation : cold maceration for 5 days and then with its skins for 15 days. Malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels with native yeasts from Finca Santa Rosalía expressing the uniqueness of our vineyards and terroir.

Aged in American and French oak barrels for 30 months.

Tasting analysis : Dark cherry red in color with garnet reflections. Intense aroma of ripe black fruits, mineral, toffee and spicy notes. Wine with balanced and persistent tannicity, spicy notes with vanilla and coffee.

LIMITED PRODUCTION: 5,000 bottles.
