Wagyu miniskirt 250 / 300 grs.

This piece, with exquisite texture and flavor, is part of the Wagyu brisket, maintaining a great resemblance to the Iberian secret, but with a much greater width. It is recommended to cut from the thick part to the thin part using a bias cut (tilt the knife 45º). This way we will be able to enhance its texture in the mouth.
