Blood sausage is a typical product of Burgos, each with its own personal touch which makes each one of them different, in Santa Rosalía we make that difference, using the blood and fat of our Wagyus also adding rice, onion, spices and Following a traditional method for its preparation, we obtain a very balanced blood sausage, with a different flavor and a special texture.

Presentation : 11-12 blood sausages with an approximate weight of 250g/each. 3Kgs in total

Preparation: Once the slices have been made ( without the skin so that it does not open ), we will brown it on both sides in a frying pan or griddle with a splash of olive oil, thus we will enjoy the Burgos blood sausage made from wagyu blood and fat.
