At Finca Santa Rosalía we like the Wagyu Burger.

This great discovery is going to become one of everyone's favorites. 100% quality meat. It is presented in a tray of 2 units of 150 gr each, packaged in a protective atmosphere which lengthens its expiration period.

You can prepare it on the grill, on the griddle or in the pan. In any of these ways, you can bring out your best version. Although depending on the taste of each diner, you must take into account the power at which to set the temperature and the time for which you leave the meat exposed; because this will lead you to it being more or less done.

At Finca Santa Rosalía we recommend that before cooking it, remove it from the container and leave it at room temperature for at least 1 or 2 hours. And also, that it be cooked with a few drops of olive oil, to enhance its flavor, and that it is semi-raw; so that it is more juicy. Except, for children, pregnant women and the elderly, it must be cooked above 72º.
